    2019年3月25日，美国Mohawk Industries公司、IVC公司和卢森堡Flooring Industries公司依据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定，向美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）提出申请，指控对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的塑胶地板及其组件（Certain Luxury Vinyl Tile and Components Thereof）侵犯其专利权，请求ITC发起337调查，并发布普遍排除令和禁止令。常州市吉诺装饰材料有限公司、浙江晶美建材科技有限公司、安徽韩华建材科技股份有限公司等19家中国企业为列名被申请人。
